July 4 is the day of US independence, the very day that reminds us of the importance and significance of how important the democracy is in view of freedom and independence. 　There had hardly been a social trend to cerebrate this day before 9.11 attack, 2001. Taking this opportunity of terrorism, US came to establish its new National Security Strategy and made its people recognize again that it is the very Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776 that is the US identity and is the political concept casting lights to the world. 　As viewed from the standpoint of higher educational institute, the human mental freedom is secured in the concrete by freedom and independence of the educational institutes. 　It is necessary to have any of new immigrants know the Common Law to the effect that "No education should be controlled by the government or by any laws." Such necessity is based on and attributable to the fact that it is already 231 years after the US independence, during which time there a　re more immigrants living in the States of Oregon and Texas and acting in violation of freedom and independence of educational institutes. 　Therefore, it is indispensable to make sure that America is a nation of Protestantism and not of Catholic, needless to say of Islam, Egalitarianism, Principle of government control, Despotism or Communism. 　Fortunately, Hawaii here is the State of resort of the successive Presidents of the United States and the Eastern establishment, and located over here are US Pacific Command; 7th Fleet Headquarters of Pearl Harbor Naval Base, and Pacific Air Force Headquarters of Hickam Air Base. 　Therefore, here the historical tradition of America has been inherited. 　Since the Common Law has been prevailing based on the Protestantism by the elites here who know what they can cost even their lives for, completely far from educational backgrounds, Hawaii has become one of the most peaceful and rich states, where the inhabitants are assured of their freedom and independence. 　This IOND University declares its support on the Iraqi democratization and other global strategy by President Bush regime now making its utmost effort based fully on the spirit of "Declaration of Independence.　" May God bless America !
